1. Improve nucleic acid hybridization rate

With the addition of 10% glucose sulfate, the rate of re-annealing of DNA strands increased by about 10 times, thus greatly increasing the hybridization rate of single- or double-stranded probes with DNA/RNA fixed to the membrane.
